Report - Situation

Based on information supplied by a credible local diver changes to the Dive Survey Plan
were made.  The local diver surveyed the .5 miles along the southern edge of John U. Lloyd
State Park and found oil in the first off shore trough.  No other oil was observed.


It was decided during this mornings planning meeting to focus on collecting this sunken
oil.  The USCG, State, NOAA, the Contractor and the Dive Contractor were in attendance.
Industrial Divers Corp., a local company, will collect oil in the first trough.
