This photo shows one of many vessels in the Bayou La Batre that were damaged when the storm surge from Hurricane Katrina dropped them on their docks. As part of the response to Hurricane Katrina, the Coast Guard has categorized this vessel as not an immediate threat to spill diesel fuel oil into the water. The process that has been established is to monitor whether the owner begins to work with their insurance company and a salvage company. Everyone's goal is to move the INTEGRITY safely back into the water.
