NOAA Office of Response and Restoration Report for 9/28/05 Hurricane Rita Forward Operations Base (FOB) will be moved from Houston to either Beaumont or Port Arthur (TBA this evening). Aids to Navigation are the primary concern. 48 vessels have been identified to be salvaged. Continued reconnaissance of the coastal oil infrastructure and getting better information regarding known incidents
