Gulf Cupeco Facility

USCG in San Juan, Puerto Rico reported that the oil storage facility associated with a pipeline Gulf Cupeco had 5 of about 16 tanks on fire. The tanks contain gasoline and diesel fuel. The cause of the fire was unknown at time of the report. NOAA was asked to help assess hazards associated with the fires and smoke.
