Lost containers

Off Key West, FL        2010-Jan-26

Containers with unknown contents were lost overboard a vessel, the M/V Intrepid, south of Key West FL 25 Jan 2010. USCG has observed several of the containers and has been tracking their movement. NOAA conducted a trajectory analysis to determine if reefs or shorelines were at risk.
